Terms & Conditions
The egolfoutlet accepts Buyer¡¦s order on the
condition that Buyer assents to the terms and conditions set
forth below and waives any differing terms. If not in writing,
such assent and waiver shall be evidenced either by the
failure of the Buyer to object in writing within 10 days from
the date of first receiving a copy of these terms or by
accepting delivery of the first shipment hereunder, whichever
occurs first.
The egolfoutlet hereby enter the
contract with Buyer¡¦s, all terms and conditions of the
contract to carry out in City of Arcadia, State of California.
TERMS: Master Card or Visa. There will be a
$25.00 charge for each returned check.
FREIGHT:
F.O.B. Arcadia, California via U.P.S or Fedex. unless
otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for all freight
charges, refused shipments are subject to a $15.00 handling
charge plus shipping.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION: No
returns will be accepted without prior return authorization
from Seller. Original or a copy of the original invoice or
packing list must be accompanied with all return shipments.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. No COD shipment
will be accepted. Goods returned for any reason other than
defective merchandise or miss shipment is subject to a 10 %
restocking charge. Only goods, which have been purchased
within the 12 months period of the returned date will be
accepted. The goods must be returned in the same condition as
was shipped or no credit will be issued. NO returns are
accepted for any sale or closeout items.
DAMAGED
GOODS OR SHORTAGES: Damages or shortages if occur during
shipping, they will be handled by the carrier and all claims
must be made at once to the carrier. All claims for shortages
or damages must be received at The egolfoutlet within ten days
after receipt of the shipment.
WARRANTY: All
egolfoutlet products will carry a one-year limited warranty
from verified date of purchase unless otherwise specified. The
egolfoutlet warrants against defective workmanship or material
when product is used for the purpose it was intended and under
normal conditions. We will repair or replace at our option.
The laws of the State of California shall govern the
validity, interpretation and performance of this agreement
between Seller and Buyer.
